Safety First!

The safety of our clients and staff is our priority.  As you know, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread globally and is now in our area.  Therefore, in an abundance of caution, we have instituted the following procedures to ensure the safety of all.

Plumbing and HVAC services are considered essential.  As such, we are here for you.

  • All staff are screened on a daily basis prior to starting work.

  • For the safety of all our clients and our staff, we ask that homes we are working in are vacant during our service or all occupants stay in a secluded bedroom/area.  Clients should maintain a safe distance from our technicians and their helpers.  Please remind other occupants of your home, including children, to also maintain a safe distance from our staff to keep everyone safe.

  • All staff are instructed to stay home if showing any symptoms.

  • All staff are required to practice good hygiene, keep their proper distance from others, and to not come into physical contact with others.

  • Our office staff are working from home.  As such, the phones will not be answered live, but staff will return your voicemail.  Please leave a voicemail and it will be returned.

  • Any scheduled staff training classes have been cancelled.

  • Clients will be asked three basic screening questions prior to a visit from any of our staff.

  • Any clients who are senior citizens are welcomed to let us know if they need any groceries delivered and we will be happy to help free of charge.

  • Our office is closed to all visitors.

  • Non-emergency service calls will be postponed until the state of New Jersey permits.

  • At this time, our plan is to continue to be available for our services with the above precautions and modifications.  Any updates to our operational procedures and services will be posted to our website.

We thank you in advance for your patience as we operate with a limited office and field staff.  If you get our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time and thank you for your continued business, we appreciate it very much.  Stay positive, stay home, and stay healthy!
